Sad that my Korean Thanksgiving Holiday is Ending

I put together a furaffinity account. You can find it here: [link]

I've also got a twitter that I update occasionally. You can find it here: [link]

I've been playing loads and loads of EVE online lately. It's really eaten my attention up, but I think I'm coming to something of a break period where I won't be playing so much. For the past 6 days I've been on vacation and I've about burnt myself out on that game. I actually went to Olympic Park a couple of times just to ride my bike around, and yesterday I spent a little time on the Monchong fortress promenade, drawing. One elderly man came by and stood to watch me shade the piece I was working on for a few minutes, and another lady gave me a thumbs up sign. I was encouraged. ^^ Hopefully sometime over the next few months or so I'll have that piece finished and I'll upload it to here and FA.

And I feel like making this observation. I've noticed it in the past, but it's only now hit me again full force. It seems to me that many popular people, and I refer to artists here and elsewhere in particular, are just normal people most of the time. I've nearly always abstained from communicating with popular artists because of the lingering feeling that they already have their circles of friends established and that there wouldn't really be any room for me in their lives. What can I say? I like to make new friends. But...those artists are normal people. They're usually not jerks, and given some time and repeated comments, they come to remember your face. It was just something encouraging that I thought about earlier tonight.

Anyway, expect some art from me sometime over the next few months, if not within a few weeks.

Ohh it's not your fault. It's not your mother's fault. Now...you pay attention to old Rooter. It is nobody's fault. The Great Circle of Life has begun. But you see, not all of us arrive together at the end.
